DEAR LEARNERS!
You begin studying the discipline “Food Hygiene”. To complete it successfully you should learn the proposed materials on all topics and pass intermediate tests. The total number of points for the discipline is 100. A maximum of 70 points you can get for passing intermediate tests. The final test is estimated at 30 points. Testing lasts for 60 minutes and you have 2 attempts to take it.
Course summary
The discipline “Food Hygiene” is designed to form knowledge of the principles of rational nutrition in students, to teach future doctors to carry out qualified preventive measures related to the dietary habits of the adult population and children of different age groups; to perform sanitary and educational work on the formation of a healthy lifestyle, including food culture, and monitor the effectiveness; to be able to assess the impact of a nutritional factor on the body, as well as to assess the degree of this impact and to take specific preventive measures aimed at strengthening the state of health.

The discipline consists of:
– video lectures, revealing the content of the studied topic;
– lecture notes in text format.
Each topic is supplied with tasks in a test format. The final control of knowledge is carried out in the form of a test.
